Refills, Nurse Call Back,

Need a prescription refill?
North Medical requires 72 hour
notice for refill
requests. Please be aware
that many our providers require
patients schedule an appointment
to refill a prescription.
Federal Law prohibits us from
issuing a prescription for
controlled substances by phone.

Need a referral to another
provider? It is North Medical policy
that all referral requests
are addressed by the clinical
