Comprehensive laboratory services with (1) hour turnaround capability. A Broad referral base encompassing (ENT, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Surgery, Orthopedics and Dermatology). Coming in early 2010 integrated EMR. Involvement with the Supervision and Teaching of Family Practice Residents. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Supervision of the Clinical Practice of all the Urgent Care Providers. Collaboration with the Urgent Care Administrator, and the Urgent Care Providers in the development of Standard Treatment Protocols. Participation in the Quality Assurance Process (including chart reviews, and monitoring Quality Assurance markers). Participation in the disciplinary process of Urgent Care Providers. Participation in the Evaluations of Urgent Care Providers. Participation in the training process for the integration of the EMR. Orientation and Training of New Urgent Care Providers in the Clinical Arena Participation in Review and Revision of Urgent Care Policies and Procedures.
