- Involvement
with the Supervision and
Teaching of Family Practice
Residents.
Responsibilities
will include (but are not
limited to):
- Supervision
of the Clinical Practice
of all the Urgent Care Providers.
- Collaboration
with the Urgent Care Administrator,
and the Urgent Care Providers
in the development of Standard
Treatment Protocols.
- Participation
in the Quality Assurance
Process (including chart
reviews, and monitoring
Quality Assurance markers).
- Participation
in the disciplinary process
of Urgent Care Providers.
- Participation
in the Evaluations of Urgent
Care Providers.
- Participation
in the training process
for the integration of the
EMR.
- Orientation
and Training of New Urgent
Care Providers in the Clinical
Arena
- Participation
in Review and Revision of
Urgent Care Policies and
Procedures.
