A.  St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center (www.sjhsyr.org) is a non-profit, 431-bed hospital and health care network providing services to patients from Onondaga and 15 surrounding counties. What’s more, its critical care nursing units have earned the Beacon Award for critical care nursing excellence.

More than a hospital, St. Joseph’s health care network includes primary care services, mental health services, dialysis services and a College of Nursing. Affiliated with Franciscan Management Services, Inc., which operates a home health care agency, as well as various other joint ventures across the region, St. Joseph’s is sponsored by the Sisters of St. Francis.
